我们对桂林市110家旅社客房公用茶具微生物调查及消毒方法的效果进行了观察。用无菌棉纸斑贴法采样,细菌总数以SS培养计数、大肠菌群用乳精胆盐发酵法检测。评价以广西卫生厅1983年餐具考核指标:细菌总数<50个/cm~2,大肠菌群每50cm~2不应检出。随机对宾馆,中、小旅社采样1084份,细菌总数阳性率为41.97%,大肠菌群检出率为16.88%。 对宾馆使用三种方法消毒茶具进行效果观察的结果是蒸气法、进口消毒剂(红维宝洗消剂香港产)和漂精片合格率分别为96.39%、92.56%和78.72%,前两种方法效果显著高于第三种方法(附表)。进口消毒剂效果虽然好但价格昂贵,来源困
We investigated the effect of microbes investigation and disinfection methods on public tea ware in 110 guesthouses in Guilin. With sterile cotton paper paste method sampling, the total number of bacteria to count SS culture, coliform bacteria with bile milk fermentation method.
