引言无火焰原子吸收法比火焰原子吸收法灵敏度高,在临床、石油化工、环境污染、超纯材料等分析中已开始广泛应用。无火焰法主要有石墨炉法、碳棒(丝)法和钽舟法。后者与其它两法相比,原子化器结构简单,耗电功率低,国外文献时有报导,国内已有开展此项工作。我室自装一台钽舟无火焰原子吸收仪器,采用闭环恒流控制钽舟温度及自动程序控制蒸干-灰化-原子化过程和惰性气体通断,
Introduction Flameless atomic absorption spectrometry is more sensitive than flame atomic absorption spectrometry and has been widely used in clinical, petrochemical, environmental pollution, and ultrapure materials analysis. No flame method are graphite furnace method, carbon rod (wire) method and tantalum boat law. The latter compared with the other two methods, the atomizer structure is simple, low power consumption, foreign literature has sometimes been reported, the domestic already carry out this work.
