《基础教育课程改革纲要》指出“教师在教学过程中应与学生积极互动、共同发展,要处理传授知识与培养能力的关系,注重培养学生的独立性和自主性,引导学生质疑、调查、探究,在实践中学习,促进学生在教师指导下主动地、富有个性地学习。”这就要求教师把放飞心灵的空间和时间留给学生,营造宽松自由的课堂氛围,把学习的主动权还给学生。两年前,我校开展了“自主学习”课题研究。经过两年多的实践,我觉得营造宽松和谐的课堂,让每个学生的个性在课堂上自主张扬,收到了事半功倍的效果。下面谈谈笔者的实践和体会。
