近些年经济全球化发展迅速,要增强集团企业核心竞争力,不断推进企业财务信息化建设就势在必行。为贯彻落实集团财务信息化建设总体布局,某下属单位在系统口岸组织推进了财务集中核算项目,管理模式由财务拓展到商务结算双集中,探索出了一条切实可行,能够提高企业管理、财务管理、会计核算及风险控制水平的信息化建设道路。本文以口岸公司为例,简析项目的实施与应用,旨在总结思路,为企业财务信息化建设提供些许借鉴。
