Hypertension is a common and frequently-occurring disease. Stomatology clinic often hypertensive patients visiting tooth extraction. Adrenaline began to be added to local anesthetics from 1905 because of its ability to constrict local blood vessels and prolong the absorption time of local anesthetics, thereby increasing the contact time of local anesthetics with nerve cells, prolonging the duration of anesthesia, enhancing the anesthetic effect, and decreasing Surgery area bleeding and reduce the chance of systemic toxic reactions in oral dental extraction technique has been widely used. However, there is still much controversy about whether epinephrine is added to local anesthetics in hypertensive patients. This article attempts to investigate the measurement of blood pressure and pulse in 60 patients.
