目的本次研究旨在通过小学生对营养午餐喜好的调查,探索学生在面对不喜欢的食物时,饮食喜好与学生午餐行为的相关性。方法采用方便抽样的方法,自行设计调查问卷,于2013年3月在北京市4所小学共抽取5~15岁学生2 670名,对学生或监护人进行调查,收集学生对学校营养午餐的饮食喜好,午餐行为及特征等相关资料。结果所有被调查学生中,2.8%的学生喜欢营养午餐,36.3%的学生对营养午餐持一般态度,10.9%的学生不喜欢营养午餐。不同年龄组的学生对营养午餐的喜好不完全相同(P<0.01)。仅有15.4%的学生能够吃完食物。与不喜欢学校午餐的学生相比,对午餐持一般态度的学生(OR=0.42,95%CI:0.31~0.57)与喜欢学校午餐的学生(OR=0.16,95%CI:0.12~0.21)浪费午餐的可能性更小。结论当面对不太可口的食物时,学生的午餐喜好与他们的午餐行为有一定的相关性。学生的年龄与营养午餐的来源可能是影响学生学校午餐喜好的2个因素。
Objectives The purpose of this study was to explore the relevance of dietary preferences and student lunch behaviors among pupils when they faced unhealthy foods, based on surveys on nutrition lunch preferences among pupils. Methods By means of convenient sampling method, the questionnaire was designed by ourselves. In March 2013, a total of 2 670 students aged 5-15 years were enrolled in 4 primary schools in Beijing. The students or guardians were investigated to collect the students’ preferences for school nutrition lunch , Lunch behavior and characteristics and other related information. Results Of all the students surveyed, 2.8% of students liked nutritious lunches, 36.3% of students generally adopted nutritious lunches, and 10.9% of students did not like nutritious lunches. Students of different age groups had different preferences for nutrition lunch (P <0.01). Only 15.4% of students were able to finish their food. Students who had a general attitude towards lunacy (OR = 0.42, 95% CI: 0.31 to 0.57) and those who liked school lunches (OR = 0.16, 95% CI: 0.12 to 0.21) were significantly more likely to have a negative attitude toward students who did not like school lunches Lunch is less likely. Conclusions Students’ lunch preferences have some relevance to their lunch behavior when faced with less-than-delicious food. The age of the student and the source of the nutritious lunch may be two factors that influence the school lunch preference of the student.
