目的掌握无锡市从业人员相关传染病的发病趋势和流行特点,为政府部门制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法对无锡市2002—2008年从事食品生产、加工、经营和公共场所等行业的工作服务人员(简称从业人员)176 511人的健康检查结果进行统计分析。结果受检人员中共查出相关传染病(简称“五病”)阳性患者4703人,罹患率为2.66%(其中病毒性肝炎患者4623人,罹患率2.62%,占病种顺位之首)。其流行病学特征:在职业上从事公共场所等行业的人群其五病罹患率明显高于从事食品、餐饮等职业的人群;性别上五病罹患率女性高于男性;年龄上以21~30岁五病罹患人数最多。结论该市从业人员仍是相关传染病传播中的高危人群,其感染率相对之高,预示着该市这方面的防治工作仍面临着艰巨任务和重大挑战。
Objective To grasp the epidemic trend and epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases associated with practitioners in Wuxi and provide scientific basis for government departments to formulate prevention and control measures. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the health check-ups of 176 511 service workers (referred to as practitioners) engaged in food production, processing, operation and public places in Wuxi from 2002 to 2008. Results A total of 4,703 infectious diseases (“Five Diseases”) were found in the seized persons. The attack rate was 2.66% (including 4623 patients with viral hepatitis, the attack rate was 2.62% ). Its epidemiological characteristics: occupationally engaged in public places and other industries in the population of five attack rates were significantly higher than those engaged in food, catering and other occupational groups; sex prevalence rate of five women than men; the age of 21 to 30 The number of five-year-olds suffer the most. Conclusion The practitioners in this city are still at high risk of related infectious diseases. The relatively high infection rate indicates that the city’s prevention and control in this area still faces arduous tasks and major challenges.
