前不久闭幕的广东省十一届人大四次会议审议通过的广东经济和社会发展“十二五”规划,勾画了今后五年广东石化产业发展蓝图。规划确定“十二五”期间广东石化业要形成每年炼油能力1亿吨、乙烯产能400万吨的沿海石化产业带。茂名石化炼油改扩建被列为广东“十二五”规划的重大项目。
Not long ago, Guangdong Province, the Fourth Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress examined and adopted the Guangdong Economic and Social Development “Twelve-Five ” plan, outlined the next five years, the blueprint for the development of Guangdong Petrochemical industry. During the 12th Five-year Plan, Guangdong Petrochemical Industry plans to establish a coastal petrochemical industrial belt with an annual refining capacity of 100 million tons and an ethylene capacity of 4 million tons. Maoming petrochemical refinery expansion was listed as Guangdong “Twelve-Five ” planning a major project.
