针对负压伺服控制系统特点,提出采用模糊PI复合控制器补偿系统弱品质,实现了负压气信号的高精度、高响应的实时控制.实验研究表明,这种负压伺服控制系统具有良好的稳态精度和动态性能,如跟踪频率为f= 0.6 Hz 的正弦波时,其幅频误差和相频误差分别为0.36 % 和3.594 9°,所产生的负压气信号能够满足某仿真装置的精度和响应特性的要求.
According to the characteristics of the negative pressure servo control system, the fuzzy PI compound controller is proposed to compensate the weak quality of the system, which realizes the high precision and high response real time control of the negative pressure gas signal. Experimental results show that the negative pressure servo control system has good steady-state accuracy and dynamic performance. For example, the amplitude-frequency error and phase-frequency error of the sinusoidal wave with f = 0.6 Hz tracking frequency are 0.36% And 3.594 9 °, the resulting negative pressure signal to meet the accuracy and response characteristics of a simulation device requirements.
