在实验动物型出血热发生的动物饲养室空气中首次分离出出血热病毒;用病毒感染Wistar大白鼠的饲养空间大气中再次分离出出血热病毒,证明气溶胶可携带病毒在空气中自由流动;在排除直接和虫媒接触的条件下带毒鼠和健康鼠饲养在同一空间,健康鼠可以感染出血热。由此证实 Wistar大白鼠间的出血热的传播,是由携带出血热病毒的气溶胶所致。对气溶胶传播出血热的观点在国内外首次提供了科学的实验依据。
Hemorrhagic fever virus was isolated for the first time in the air of an animal breeding room where experimental animal hemorrhagic fever occurred; hemorrhagic fever virus was again isolated in the air of the feeding space of a Wistar rat infected with a virus, demonstrating that the aerosol-carrying virus freely flows in the air; In the exclusion of direct contact with insects and infected rats and healthy rats fed in the same space, healthy mice can be infected with hemorrhagic fever. This confirmed the spread of haemorrhagic fever among Wistar rats caused by aerosols carrying hemorrhagic fever virus. The concept of aerosol spreading hemorrhagic fever provides the scientific experimental basis for the first time both at home and abroad.
