企业集团是指以母子公司为主体,通过投资及生产经营协作等多种方式,与众多的企事业单位共同组成的经济联合体。企业集团统计的基本任务是对企业集团及成员企业的经济发展情况进行统计调查、统计分析,提供统计资料,实行统计监督。
