自发性癫大鼠(SER;zi/zi,tm/tm)是通过异型合子大鼠交配得到的一种双重突变型大鼠,8周龄以上的SER可自发表现出强直性惊厥,并在皮层与海马脑电图(EEG)中伴随有5～7Hz棘波样放电。SER是研究新型抗癫药物长短期药效的一种非常有用的动物模型。
A spontaneous epileptic rat (SER; zi / zi, tm / tm) is a double mutant rat obtained by mating heterotypic zygotes. SERs above 8 weeks of age spontaneously show ankylosing convulsion Cortical and hippocampal electroencephalography (EEG) accompanied by 5 ~ 7Hz spike wave discharge. SER is a very useful animal model to study the long-term and short-term efficacy of new antiepileptic drugs.
