显性单基因控制的太谷核不育小麦,在小麦育种上是一个良好的杂交手段,用不育穗作母本,控制授粉时可免去人工去雄,从而能大大提高工效.更重要的是:不育穗开花时柱头外露,有利于接受外来花粉,从而为小麦开展轮回选择,进行群体改良提供了可能. 太谷核不育小麦不论在哪一方面应用都需要从不育穗上采收种子,因此,了解其开花习性、柱头生活力、异交结实率和相应的杂交技术,是做好杂交工作的基础,也是更好利用太谷核不育小麦的重要前提.为此,特在1980~1983年连续三个试验年度内,对其开花习性、柱头生活力、自由授粉情况下异交结实率、人工控制授粉时母本要不要剪颖以及用哪种方法授粉为合适等问题进行了研究.现将结果报告如下:
