目的 :探讨第二代天成金芝的抗疲劳作用。方法 :以小鼠为实验对象 ,用第二代天成金芝 1.5 ml/ kg、 15 .0 ml/ kg、30 .0 ml/ kg喂养昆明种小白鼠 30天。采用小鼠负重游泳试验 ,血清尿素氮 (BUN)、肝糖原的含量变化等指标 ,观察第二代天成金芝的抗疲劳功效。结果 :服用第二代天成金芝的小鼠与对照组比较 ,能明显延长小鼠的游泳时间 (P <0 .0 1) ,减少疲劳小鼠 BUN的产生 ,降低血液中 BUN水平 ,提高小鼠肝糖原的含量。结论 :提示第二代天成金芝有增强机体运动负荷的适应能力 ,抵抗疲劳产生和加速消除疲劳等方面具有明显作用
Objective: To explore the anti-fatigue effects of the second generation Tiancheng Jinzhi. Methods: The mice were used as experimental subjects and Kunming mice were fed with the second generation of Tiancheng Jinzhi 1.5 ml/kg, 15 .0 ml/kg and 30. 0 ml/kg for 30 days. The mouse weight-bearing swimming test, serum urea nitrogen (BUN), liver glycogen content, and other indicators were used to observe the anti-fatigue effects of the second-generation Tiancheng Jinzhi. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, mice taking the second generation of Tiancheng Jinzhi significantly prolonged the swimming time of the mice (P < 0.01), reduced the production of BUN in the fatigued mice, decreased the level of BUN in the blood and increased the smallness. Rat liver glycogen content. Conclusion : It is suggested that the second generation of Tiancheng Jinzhi has a significant effect in enhancing the body’s ability to adapt to exercise load, resisting fatigue and accelerating fatigue.
