几年前,西安个体户张某购置了一台小松山推生产的PC200液压挖掘机,从事土石方的出租作业。由于近期工程量的锐减,这台挖掘机终于闲置起来。张某萌生了退出挖掘机出租行业,转向其他领域投资的想法,于是找到了西北二手工程机械交易市场(简称西北二手)。西北二手对此设备进行检测评估后,提供了一个参考报价。张某对此价格还算满意,于是委托其进行交易。一周后,内蒙古的用户李某将这台PC200买走,张某从西北二手领到了交易款,同时向其交纳了相应的代理费。西北二手又完成了一次国内二手工程机械的循环流动。

A week later, the user in Inner Mongolia Lee bought this PC200, Zhang from the Northwest used to receive the transaction, while paying the corresponding agency fees. Northwest completed a second-hand second-hand construction machinery circulation.
