This paper mainly expounds the theoretical basis, structural design and construction procedure of using the bored pile root to reinforce the uneven subsidence foundation of a factory conference hall. This method can effectively control the uneven subsidence of the foundation and the development of cracks in the upper wall, with obvious reinforcement effect.
