环保性、快凝快硬性、抢修性是当前路用回填材料最亟需具备的性能。基于对路用回填材料的需求,该文提出了一种新型的建筑垃圾再生材料——建筑垃圾流动性回填材料。以建筑垃圾再生材料为研究对象,利用快硬水泥或快硬添加剂技术,进行快硬、流动性回填材料基本性能研究。试验结果表明:建筑垃圾流动性回填材料既可大量有效利用质量较差的建筑垃圾细料,又能因其较好的流动性和较快的硬化速度而快速解决紧急工程的回填施工难题。
Environmental protection, rapid solidification rapid hardening, repair is the most current road backfill material with the most needed performance. Based on the demand of road backfill material, this paper proposes a new type of construction waste recycling material-construction waste fluid backfill material. Taking the construction waste recycling material as the research object, the fast-hard and fluid backfill materials were studied by fast hardening cement or quick hardening additive technology. The test results show that the construction waste fluid backfill material can not only effectively and effectively use the fine construction waste fines, but also solve the backfilling problem of emergency engineering quickly because of its better fluidity and faster curing speed.
