目的了解中学生课外锻炼状况及影响锻炼的主要因素,促进中学生课外锻炼习惯与健康生活方式的养成。方法分层选取长沙市重点及普通中学各1所,共调查学生662名,使用问卷调查法收集数据。结果有35.50%的中学生处于有意向规律锻炼但无行动阶段,每天课外活动总量在30min以上者占30.00%;课外体育锻炼阶段存在显著性别差异。中学生对课外体育锻炼所持态度(r=0.40)、经常使用锻炼方式的多少(r=0.35)、拥有积极锻炼的伙伴数目(r=0.27)以及父母日常锻炼状况(r=0.22)等都与课外锻炼所处阶段呈显著相关(P值均<0.01)。结论中学生日常锻炼量偏少。培养锻炼技能、加强对女生锻炼的促进、引入运动兴趣小组等方式是健康锻炼促进的有益探索与尝试。
Objective To understand the situation of middle school students’ extracurricular exercises and the main factors that influence their exercise, and to promote the cultivation of extracurricular exercise habits and healthy lifestyles of middle school students. Methods A total of 662 students were selected from each of key and ordinary secondary schools in Changsha by questionnaire. The data were collected by questionnaire. As a result, 35.50% of middle school students are in the intent-to-exercise but no-action stage, 30.00% of total extracurricular activities each day are 30.00%. There are significant gender differences in extracurricular physical training. Middle school students ’attitudes toward extracurricular physical training (r = 0.40), regular use of training methods (r = 0.35), number of active training partners (r = 0.27) and their parents’ daily physical activity (r = 0.22) Exercise stage was significantly correlated (P <0.01). Conclusions The daily exercise amount of middle school students is less. Cultivating training skills, strengthening the promotion of girls’ training, and introducing sports interest groups are beneficial exploration and attempts to promote healthy exercise.
