背越式跳高训练的核心是如何充分发挥和利用助跑速度提高起跳效果获得更大的腾起初速度和合理的腾起角度,如何以速度为核心在快速助跑中跳得更高,如何提高起跳训练效果,是教练员、运动员关注的热点。在背越式跳高训练中应紧紧抓住“一个中心,两个基本点,三个结合,四个平衡,五个途径,六个转化”进行起跳训练。深刻认识背越式跳高快速弧线助跑起跳技术实质,充分发挥和利用助跑速度提高起跳效果,本文通过多年跳高训练实践,提出了背越式跳高起跳技术新观点和起跳训练的基本方法,为不断丰富和完善背越式跳高起跳技术训练方法提供参考。
