妊娠高血压综合征（简称妊高症），是妊娠期所特有的而又常见的疾病。严重者常并发贫血，脑溢血，心力衰竭，胎盘早剥和急性肾功能衰竭等，对母婴危害很大，需及时终止妊娠，麻醉难度和风险性很大。近年来笔者将罗哌卡因重比重腰麻应用于妊高症患者剖腹产手术取得了良好的效果，现报告如下。
