1病例资料患者,男,74岁,主因“发作性胸背疼痛10年,再发20d,伴胸闷、气促2d”于2014-12-24就诊于阜外医院急诊。患者诉10年前开始无明显诱因出现发作性胸背疼痛,曾就诊于当地医院行冠状动脉造影,同时予以球囊扩张及支架置入(具体不详),术后疼痛症状缓解,后未再发作。2014-12-6开始无明显诱因再次出现心前区疼痛,可放射至肩背部,每次持续1~2min后自行缓解。2014-12-8在外院行心电图
