我科自1981年以来应用液氮冷冻术治疗慢性颗粒性咽炎107例,报告如下。 1.方法:咽部用1％的卡因表面麻醉,然后用武汉市医药公司医疗器械厂出品的WE-2冷冻治疗器装液氮,取直喷头(大小视咽部增生淋巴滤泡的大小而定),对准增生的淋巴滤泡喷雾冷冻。每次约持续5秒钟,间隔1周可重复上述治疗。一般每次冷冻1～2个淋巴滤泡。 2.病例情况:本组107例中男性66例,女性11例;年龄最小16岁,最大48岁,平均30.4岁;病程最短2个月,最长10年,平均2.3年。
