随着油田开采程度的提高以及开采强度的加大,注水开发过程中暴露出许多复杂的问题和矛盾。一是部分老油田已经逐步进入高含水期,主力吸水层水淹程度高,油井产量递减、含水上升,无效注水严重。二是注水井注入压力逐年上升导致注水井欠注和注不进现象,已严重影响了油田注水开发效果。本文针对水井堵塞机理,以解除近井地带有机堵塞及地层深部无机堵塞为原则,形成了具有特色的“三酸两液”的多氢酸酸化体系,同时首次应用低渗微球调剖技术,有效封堵了地层窜流通道,提高了水驱波及面积。
With the improvement of oilfield exploitation and the increase of mining intensity, many complicated problems and contradictions have been exposed in the process of waterflood development. First, part of the old oilfields have gradually entered the high water cut period. The flooding level of the main imbibition layer is high, the production of oil wells diminishes, the water cut increases, and the invalid water flooding is serious. Secondly, the injection pressure of water injection wells has been increasing year by year, causing the injection wells to be under-injected and not injected. This has seriously affected the development effect of oilfield waterflooding. In this paper, according to the mechanism of water blockage, the principle of removing organic blockage in the near-well zone and inorganic blockage in the deep layer formed a polyacid system with characteristic “three acids and two liquids”. At the same time, Technology, effectively blocking the stratified channeling channel, improve water wave and area.
