本文作者应用自行研制的激光过滤式测氢仪,测量了钢中的氢分布。结果表明:ⅰ)钢中的本底氢为常数。相对氢指数D_H可以表征微区氢浓集程度:ⅱ)钢中氢分布随渗氢时间和表面距离而改变:ⅲ)焊接接头中氢分布状态,受基体组织和应力的影响。本仪器激光轰击点直径为20μm。上述结果表明该方法可以较为满意地用来测量钢中微区的含氢量.
The author of the application of self-developed laser filter hydrogen meter, measuring the hydrogen distribution in the steel. The results show that: i) the background hydrogen in the steel is constant. The relative hydrogen index, D_H, can characterize the concentration of hydrogen in the micro-zones: ii) the distribution of hydrogen in the steel as a function of the duration of the hydrogen permeation and the surface distance: iii) the hydrogen distribution in the welded joints, which is affected by the matrix structure and stress. The instrument laser bombardment point diameter of 20μm. The above results show that this method can be used to measure the hydrogen content in the micro-zone of steel more satisfactorily.
