研究了热处理工艺对贮氢合金活化性能、初始放电容量、稳定放电容量、电压平台及循环寿命等电化学性能的影响,并确定了合适的热处理工艺。不同热处理工艺对合金的活化性能有较大的影响,合金经过热处理后,其稳定放电容量及循环寿命均有所提高,尤其是在240个周期循环后,热处理后的贮氢合金,其循环寿命明显高于未作热处理的合金。热处理工艺对合金电极的电压平台特性有一定的影响,但影响不大。
