六味地黄丸是著名的滋阴方剂,在临床上应用非常广泛。按85年版《中国药典》记载,其组成为:熟地黄、山茱萸、山药、泽泻、茯苓、丹皮。天津达仁堂制药厂生产一种六味地黄丸(二方),(85)津卫药准字第492号。主要成分:熟地黄、山茱萸、山药。功能滋补肾阴。用于肾阴亏损引起的头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、遗精、消渴。从药物组成和方名分析,该药含六种中药,但未必含有泽泻、丹皮、茯苓三药,即使含有这3种中药,该药已不再是原方比例。从功效与应用上分析,该方较原方去掉“骨蒸潮热,盗汗”,较原方使用范围为小。因此从处方组成到功效应用,与原方相比均有较大差别,药虽六味,已非原方本意,属新药。但该药仅在“六味地黄丸,后面加一小注“(二方)”,并不能与原六味地黄丸很好地分开。处方开六味地黄丸,药房亦付“六味地黄丸(二方)”,二者并不加以区
