在过去两年,汽车业普遍经历了一轮内部听重新布局和调整;而人的调整则是所有变化的集中体现——苗圩、李书福等掌舵人往后靠,仰融落马,而刘卫东、徐刚和苏强等中坚人物则登上前台;孙勇、周勇江、南阳等一大批职业经理人则成了耀眼的明星。这是前所未有的。 尽管各自选择了不同的道路,但近期关于怎样发展民族自主品牌的问题却扰动着整个汽车业。在本次进行的汽车业高峰对话中,我们选择了徐刚和苏强两位。苏出生于1966年;徐出生于1951年。徐和苏都属于半路出家,他们都是执行者。重要的是,他们正是不同的阵营、不同的“主义”、不同的发展模式的代表——徐刚代表着完全的民族自主品牌的草根力量,而苏强是合资公司和民族自主品牌的双重代言人。 道路并不是问题的核心,关键是接下来几年这场不同模式的竞赛。

Importantly, they are different camps, different “doctrines” and representatives of different development models - Xu Gang represents the grass-roots force of a complete national brand, and Su Qiang is a dual spokesman for joint ventures and national brands . The road is not at the heart of the problem, but the key is the contest of different modes over the next few years.
