针对云南优良的甘蔗细茎野生种云南82-114进行杂交利用,对选育出的F1(云割F197-105)、BC1(云割BC103-80、云割BC103-78)、BC2(云割BC204-41和云割BC204-48)真杂种及其亲本(云瑞99-248、ROC10)的重要经济性状进行分析。结果表明:杂交导入云南82-114基因后,F1、BC1、BC2代材料的茎径、单茎重、蔗糖分随着回交代数的曾加而逐代提高;原料茎长、有效茎数、纤维分在降低;蔗茎产量、产糖量在明显增加。云南82-114的利用为选育优良品系(种)提供种质基础,同时也显示了云南82-114的育种价值和甘蔗细茎野生种质的利用潜力。
The hybrid F1 of Yunnan 82-114, which is a fine wild stem of sugarcane in Yunnan province, was selected for F1 (BC F197-105), BC1 (BC103-80), BC103-78 BC2 BC204-41 and BC204-48) and the important economic traits of their parents (Yunrui 99-248, ROC10) were analyzed. The results showed that the stem diameter, single stem weight and sucrose content of F1, BC1 and BC2 generations increased with the increase of backcross generation algebra after crossing Yunnan 82-114 gene. The stem length, number of effective stems, Fiber points in the lower; cane yield, sugar production increased significantly. The utilization of Yunnan 82-114 provided the germplasm foundation for the selection of excellent lines (species), and also showed the breeding value of Yunnan 82-114 and the utilization potential of wild stems of sugarcane.
