横向拓展、纵向深化中国化的马克思主义执政理论研究,是新世纪新形势下党中央提出的重大而紧迫的时代课题和战略任务,是深刻洞悉和全面把握中国共产党执政规律的重要举措和必然选择,也是不断加强党的执政能力建设和努力提升党的领导水平和执政水平的理论诉求。中国共产党执政理论建设是一项长期、系统、繁杂的社会工程,包括执政基础、执政理念、执政资源、执政方略、执政环境、执政体制、执政方式等七个主要方面,被党建专家形象地称为“执政七谋”。本文就其中的“执政体制”相关重要研究成果进行了全面梳理与系统综述,并作简要评论与合理展望,以期引起学界对该课题的密切关注与高度重视,并为今后进一步的深入探究积累资料、奠定基础。在此基础上,我们认为,学术界对该课题仍需进行深入系统的科学探究。 Horizontal extension and vertical deepening of the study on the theory of governing Marxism in China are important and urgent tasks and strategic tasks proposed by the Party Central Committee under the new situation in the new century.
