进行性偏身萎缩症是一种少见病,现将我科诊治一例报告如下。 患者男,49岁,干部。因右侧脱发,局部颅骨下陷、右半身肌肉进行性萎缩两年就诊。病人近两年来发现右侧头部毛发易脱落,局部颅骨逐渐下陷,右面部变小,同侧上、下肢逐渐变细,无力,皮肤粗糙,汗少。无抽搐发作,无麻木、疼痛等不适。既往体健,否认家族中有类似病史。查体:发育正常,右半身皮肤粗糙,双侧皮色相同,皮温正常,右顶部毛发明显脱 Progressive partial body atrophy is a rare disease, now a case of our clinic report as follows.
