After the exploration and practice of this training year, the “dual-entry” training method adopted by some Tianjin reserve team to strengthen pre-service cadre training has become mature. The leaders and experts of the relevant departments recently observed the coast defense tactics exercise conducted by the regiment using this training law. They all agreed that the “dual-entry” training law is an effective way to break through the training difficulties of reserve forces and enhance the overall command ability of the leaders and organs . The so-called “two-pronged” training method: active cadres and pre-service cadres act as a high-level role. The regiment chiefs and departments hold the pre-service deputy positions and the pre-service cadres hold posts in all departments and agencies.
