二十世纪,医学上一项重大进展就是人工器官大量出现。钛及其合金用于人体已有十余年的历史,并收到了满意的效果。大量的临床实验证明,钛是一种良好的生物材料。本文介绍了真空钛铸工艺与适应该种工艺要求的典型设备所具有的多功能性特点,总结了几年来在医用真空钛铸工艺方面的一些成就。如:在医用真空钛铸炉上,开展真空非自耗铸钛工艺的研究,以及首创用钛材制做铸造型模的研究都获得了成功。这在经济效益和社会效益方面,都是有重要意义的。
In the twentieth century, a major medical advance was the emergence of a large number of artificial organs. Titanium and its alloys have been used in the human body for more than ten years and have received satisfactory results. A large number of clinical trials have shown that titanium is a good biomaterial. This article introduces the versatility of the vacuum titanium casting process and the typical equipment that meets the requirements of the process and summarizes some of the successes in the medical vacuum titanium casting process in recent years. For example, in the medical vacuum titanium casting furnace, the research on vacuum non-consumable titanium casting process and the first research on the casting mold made of titanium have been successful. This is of great significance both in terms of economic and social benefits.
