目的探讨社区护士人文素质与工作绩效的相关性。方法随机抽取合肥市46家社区卫生服务中心的243名护士,采用自行设计问卷对其一般人口学特征、人文素质和工作绩效进行问卷调查。结果社区护士人文素质总得分(79.11±7.14)分、工作绩效总得分(80.27±7.50)分,均处于中等水平;社区护士人文素质与工作绩效呈显著正相关(P<0.01),其中道德素质、心理素质、文化素质和审美素质是工作绩效的重要预测变量(P<0.05)。结论人文素质对社区护士工作绩效有重要影响,单位管理者应当积极主动提高护士人文素质水平,以提高护士工作绩效,改善社区服务质量。
Objective To explore the correlation between the humanistic quality and job performance of community nurses. Methods A total of 243 nurses from 46 community health service centers in Hefei were selected randomly to conduct a questionnaire survey on their general demographic characteristics, humanistic qualities and job performance using a self-designed questionnaire. Results The total score of humanistic quality of community nurses was 79.11 ± 7.14 and the total score of work performance was 80.27 ± 7.50, all of them were at medium level. There was a significant positive correlation between the humanistic qualities of community nurses and job performance (P <0.01) , Psychological quality, cultural quality and aesthetic quality are important predictors of job performance (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanistic quality has an important influence on the work performance of community nurses. Unit managers should take the initiative to improve the humanistic quality of nurses in order to improve their performance and improve their service quality.
