Mineral processing is a complex job process that requires modeling, control and simulation with a variety of techniques. This article reviews some of the mineral processing models in the literature. Proposed some new changes of the flotation dynamic model. Process models that describe truly relevant variables are well-informed about the process and help to qualitatively simulate the process. However, the parameters of the process model are numerous and parameter estimation is difficult. Process control is generally best used in the concentrator being produced to fit the system model and to accommodate the observability, controllability and optimization of the concentrator. The system model is a suitable model for designing and implementing controllers with the right technology. This article discusses grinding circuit control in more detail. When simulating the application of the simulator to predict the dynamic and steady-state information of the system, some effort should be placed on the ease of use of the simulator and the ability to test different requirements. This article also gives the flotation circuit simulation results, the results can be used to solve the problem of flotation circuit configuration
