复合材料光修复技术的研究

针对复合材料损伤的快速修复这一研究热点,提出了光修复技术,从实验出发,研究了光修复技术中胶粘剂、光修复波长和传光方式的选择。并以飞行器上广泛应用的复合材料作试件,利用实时-时间平均全息术研究了光修复技术对复合材料修复的影响。实验结果表明,用光波对复合材料损伤修复是可行的,此研究为进一步的快速光修复技术应用提供了试验依据。 Aiming at the rapid repair of composite material damage, this paper puts forward an optical repair technology. Based on the experiment, the choice of adhesive, optical repair wavelength and optical transmission mode in optical repair technology is studied. The composite material widely used in aircraft was used as a test piece to study the effect of optical repair technique on the repairing of composite materials by using real-time average holography. The experimental results show that it is feasible to use optical wave to repair the damage of composite materials. This study provides the experimental basis for the further application of rapid photorefractive technology.
