目的:研究加温联合六亚甲基二乙酰胺(HMBA)对人粘液表皮样癌MEC-1细胞的作用。方法:采用MTT法及软琼脂克隆形成法观察加温联合HMBA对MEC-1细胞的作用;并用免疫组化法检测加温及联合HMBA对多药耐药(MDR)表达蛋白(P-gp)的影响。结果:加温联合HMBA对MEC-1细胞有协同抑制作用。免疫组化染色显示,对照组及单用药组细胞P-gp中度表达;加温组细胞P-gp不表达;联合组为低度表达。结论:加温联合HMBA对粘液表皮样癌的治疗可能有一定价值。
Objective: To investigate the effect of warming combined with hexamethylene dimethylamide (HMBA) on human mucoepidermoid carcinoma MEC-1 cells. Methods: The effects of warming combined with HMBA on MEC-1 cells were observed by MTT method and soft agar colony formation assay. The expression of MDR protein (P-gp) Impact. Results: Warming combined with HMBA had synergistic inhibitory effect on MEC-1 cells. Immunohistochemical staining showed that P-gp was moderately expressed in the control group and single-agent group; P-gp was not expressed in the warm-up group; and low expression in the combined group. Conclusion: Warming combined with HMBA may have some value in the treatment of mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
