总结分析了8例男性前尿道损伤后反复出血的临床特点及治疗方法。反复出血的主要原因是前尿道粘膜和球海绵体裂伤后的阴茎勃起。治疗方法应依据病情不同分别采用抑制阴茎勃起，保持引流通畅，药物止血，行尿道球海绵体修补术、行球部尿道损伤修补吻合术或双侧髂内动脉高选择性的介入栓塞治疗，均获明显疗效。
