杂交玉米双亲自交系的原原种繁殖技术,一直被认为是保持优良种质种性的关键,而其着眼点又一直被看作是采用什么采种方式。为了摸清来种方式对玉米自交系原原种生活力和遗传性的影响,我们于1981~1985年对4份稳定自交系的6种不同采种方式,进行了7代采种并与原始种进行了比较研究,取得了预期结果。材料和方法试验材料选定了稳定自交系甸骨11A、维尔44、早大黄、冬黄等4份,它们均为1980年自交采种材料。其具体试验方法:①供试材料均按6种采种方式连续采种并保存原始种。田间顺序排列无重复,双行区、5米行长,70×30厘米单株。测交种配制是以W153r自交系为统一测验种配制。测交种鉴
The original seed multiplication technology of crossing parents of inbred lines of maize has long been regarded as the key to maintaining good germplasm quality, and its focus has always been regarded as what kind of harvesting methods are adopted. In order to find out the effects of different planting methods on the viability and heredity of the original maize inbred lines, we conducted 7 generations of seed collection in 6 stable inbred lines from 1981 to 1985, A comparative study was conducted to obtain the expected results.
