采用SKPM-1400压力室、Li-6400光合仪测定了小×胡、胡杨、新疆杨幼苗的水分参数,光合蒸腾日进程,对比分析了小×胡幼苗的抗旱性。结果表明:小×胡ψw、ψ100π、ψ100p、ψ0π、V0、V a、RWD0、εmax分别为-1.80MPa、-1.63MPa、1.33MPa、-1.81MPa、85.14%、14.86%、10.28%、14.00MPa,与胡杨、新疆杨相比具有较低ψ100π、ψ0π和较高εmax,差异显著(P<0.05);小×胡Pn、Tr日进程均呈单峰曲线,日均值分别为8.29μmolCO2m-2s-1、4.09mmolH2Om-2s-1,WUE日均值为1.80mmolCO2mol-1H2O,与胡杨、新疆杨相比具有较低的Pn、Tr和较高的WUE,但差异不显著。初步说明小×胡保持最大膨压值的能力及抗失水能力较强,与新疆杨、胡杨相比具有较好的抗旱能力。
The water parameters, photosynthetic and transpiration daily processes of young × Populus × eucalyptus, Populus euphratica and Populus × euramericana were determined by using SKPM-1400 pressure chamber and Li-6400 photosynthesis apparatus. The results show that the values of small × Hu ψw, ψ100π, ψ100p, ψ0π, V0, V a, RWD0 and εmax are -1.80MPa, -1.63MPa, 1.33MPa, -1.81MPa, 85.14%, 14.86%, 10.28% (P <0.05). Compared with Populus euphratica and Populus simonii, Populus trichocarpa had lower ψ100π, ψ0π and higher εmax (P <0.05) 1,4.09 mmol H 2 O 2 -s-1. The average daily WUE of WUE was 1.80 mmol CO 2 mol -1 H 2 O. Compared with Populus euphratica and Populus davidiana, the average WUE of WUE was lower and PUE and WUE were higher, but the difference was not significant. Preliminary description of small × Hu to maintain the maximum turgor value of the ability and resistance to water loss stronger, and Xinjiang Populus, Populus has a better drought resistance.
