[目的]观察参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗室性期前收缩疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例美托洛尔,50mg/次,1次/d,用药1周后加量至100mg/次,单日最大剂量<100mg。治疗组60例参松养心胶囊,1.6g/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床疗效、室性早搏发作频率、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效11例,有效45例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效9例,有效42例,无效9例,总有效率85.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗室性期前收缩疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Conclusion] Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with metoprolol is effective in treating premature ventricular contractions without serious adverse reactions and is worth promoting.
