目的 :最近发现兔正常妊娠期间伴随前房相关免疫偏离 (ACAID)的消失。本研究旨在进一步观察在接近人类的灵长目动物是否发生同样的事件。方法 :随机选取中期妊娠恒河猴。将牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)接种于非妊娠和中期妊娠猴眼前房。后使用加有佐剂的BSA免疫动物。然后再使用BSA刺激皮肤评估诱导的迟发型超敏反应 (DTH)。结果 :前房接种BSA的非妊娠猴均获得抗原特异性迟发型超敏反应的抑制。与此相反 ,将BSA接种于妊娠猴眼则消除对DTH的抑制效应。结论 :灵长目动物在正常妊娠期间ACAID消失 ;正常妊娠期间全身激素水平的波动对眼局部的免疫调控具有重要的影响
Purpose: It has recently been found that the disappearance of anterior chamber-associated immunodeficiency (ACAID) during normal pregnancy in rabbits. The purpose of this study is to further observe whether the same events occur in primates close to humans. Methods: Randomly selected maternal monkeys during pregnancy. Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) was seeded in the anterior chamber of the monkey eye in non-pregnant and mid-term pregnant women. Animals were then immunized with adjuvanted BSA. BSA was then used to stimulate the skin to assess the induced delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH). RESULTS: Non-pregnant monkeys vaccinated with BSA in the anterior chamber were both inhibited by antigen-specific delayed-type hypersensitivity. In contrast, BSA vaccination in pregnant monkey eyes eliminated the suppressive effect on DTH. Conclusion: The prodigal ACAID disappears during normal pregnancy. The fluctuation of systemic hormones during normal pregnancy has an important effect on local immune regulation
