七十年代初期问世的电荷耦合器件(CCD),经过十多年的研究,各种性能已进入实用阶段,应用前景十分广阔。如何充分发挥器件的优越性能,便是应用研究人员的重要任务。本文叙述了提高分辨率、提高信噪比的信号处理采样保持电路的设计原则、特点及实测结果。
The CCD (Charge Coupled Device) came out in the early 1970s. After more than ten years of research, all kinds of performance have entered the practical stage and the application prospect is very broad. How to give full play to the superior performance of the device is an important task of applied researchers. This paper describes the design principles, characteristics and measured results of signal processing sample-and-hold circuit to improve the resolution and improve the signal-to-noise ratio.
