During winter school-based training, the school decided to “let the teachers listen to the sounds of the past” and let the five teachers share their 2016 educational narrative. As a principled president after a hundred years of school celebration, this training has given me endless reveries in the history and future of running schools for a hundred years. Most of the teachers involved in sharing came to the podium with almost “shyness,” because it was basically the first time in their long or short teacher career that they shared their work experiences with their working partners at school .
