以氯化胆碱(ChCl)与金属氯化物合成的一系列低温共熔溶剂(DES)为催化剂,以正丁醇和乙酸的酯化反应为模板反应,通过气相色谱研究了其催化产率。经过条件优化,低温共熔溶剂[ChCl][CrCl_3·6H_2O]_2催化乙酸和丁醇反应的产率可达到93%。对酯化体系进行简单处理,回收的低温共熔溶剂(DES)仍有较高的催化活性,可重复利用。与传统的无机酸催化剂相比,DES催化酯化反应具有以下优点:催化活性高,能够高效高选择性的合成有机酯;DES的合成简单,成本低廉;酯化反应可以在室温下进行;DES可以重复使用。
A series of low-temperature eutectic solvents (DES) synthesized from choline chloride (ChCl) and metal chloride were used as catalysts. The esterification reaction of n-butanol with acetic acid was used as a template reaction and the catalytic yield was studied by gas chromatography. After the conditions are optimized, the yield of the reaction between acetic acid and butanol can reach 93% under the condition of low temperature co-melting solvent [ChCl] [CrCl_3 · 6H_2O] _2. The esterification system for simple processing, recovery of low temperature eutectic solvent (DES) is still a high catalytic activity, reusable. Compared with the traditional inorganic acid catalysts, DES catalyzed esterification has the following advantages: high catalytic activity, high selectivity and high selectivity of organic esters; DES synthesis is simple and low cost; esterification can be carried out at room temperature; DES Can be reused.
