近年来,“大”校长进入“小”课堂成为学校教学管理的主要模式,受到众多校长的认可和青睐。校长“回归”课堂,以“观课”促进“改课”的课改模式取得了显著的成果,也逐渐暴露出反馈效果低下和课改后劲不足的问题。笔者经过调查研究后认为,校长要从“校长观课—课堂反馈—教师反思”的管理模式转换成校长参与下的“一次备课—深度汇谈—教师上课—二次备课”的教改模式。走进备课,摆脱“看戏人”亲和力就是影响力,只有靠近了才能产生影响。
In recent years, “big ” principals have entered the “small” classroom as the main mode of school teaching management, and have been recognized and favored by many principals.
