2006年伊始,世人便将目光转向国际原子能机构及其理事会的行动。问题就是伊朗的核计划和对它的国际视察。虽然这个问题的迂回曲折已花去了国际原子能机构的一段时间,但在新的一年里高风险的外交呈现出更大的紧迫感。
From the beginning of 2006, the world turned its attention to the actions of the International Atomic Energy Agency and its council. The problem is Iran’s nuclear program and its international inspection. Although the twists and turns of this issue have taken some time to the IAEA, the high-risk diplomacy shows a greater sense of urgency in the new year.
