我今天要谈的是我们在全球开放与远程教学中所面临的某些趋势、机会与挑战。1919年,也就是将近100年前,梁启超关于全球共同体的人类、社会与文化潜力的思想鼓舞了我们。他在《欧游心影录》中这样写道,“我们的国家有个绝大的责任横在前面,什么责任呢?是拿西洋的文明来扩充我的文明,又拿我的文明去补充西洋的文明,把它化合起来成一种新文明。”我们也能通过全球同事间的共建与共享,丰富对开放与远程教学的集体共识。
What I am going to talk about today is some of the trends, opportunities and challenges we face in opening up and distance learning around the world. In 1919, almost 100 years ago, Liang Qichao’s thought about the human, social and cultural potential of the global community has inspired us. He wrote in “The European Tour of Heart Shadow Video”, “Our country has a great responsibility to cross the front. What is the responsibility? It is to take western civilization to expand my civilization, and take my civilization to supplement the western Civilization and put it together into a new civilization. ”We can also enrich the collective consensus on openness and distance learning through the co-construction and sharing among colleagues around the world.
