１９９４年起国内陆续报道了三氯乙烯（ＴＣＥ）所致药疹样皮炎。该病以皮损、发热和肝功能损害为主要表现，预后差［１－４］。据广东１９９５年底不完全统计，其住院病例死亡率为半数以上［１，２］。我院自１９９６年起收治ＴＣＥ所致药疹样皮炎１９例，其中１７例治愈，死 Since 1994, there have been reports of drug-induced dermatitis caused by trichlorethylene (TCE) in China.
