以豫中烟区主栽品种中烟100中部叶为试验材料,研究了叶片不同位点间香气成分含量的分布,为在生产上采取有效措施调控叶片生长,促进优质烟叶生产提供理论依据。结果表明,类胡萝卜素类降解产物在叶片中部含量最高,从主脉两侧向叶片边缘逐渐降低,叶尖端含量最低;糖类及非酶棕色化反应降解产物含量与类胡萝卜素降解产物含量分布相反,叶尖端含量最高,叶中部含量最低;苯丙氨酸裂解产物含量在叶片中的分布与生物碱在叶片中分布相似,均为主脉两侧向叶片边缘含量逐渐增加,叶基含量最低,叶尖端含量最高;西柏烷类降解产物在叶基部含量较高,其它位点差异较小;新植二烯含量在叶片中部较高,在叶基部及叶片边缘含量较低。
