目的神经节苷脂合香丹注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法采用神经节苷脂和香丹注射液,取穴足三里,阳陵泉,三阴交,悬钟,治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患36例,与对照组(36例)VB12穴注治疗,进行疗效观察。结果治疗组总有效率达91.3%,对照组总有效率43.5%,(P<0.05)。结论穴位电针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有明显疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ganglioside and Xiangdan injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Ganglioside and Xiangdan injection, acupoints Zusanli, Yanglingquan, Sanyinjiao, hanging bell, the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 36 cases, and the control group (36 cases) VB12 point treatment, the curative effect. Results The total effective rate was 91.3% in the treatment group and 43.5% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion acupuncture electro-acupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy have a significant effect.
